Charlie was a caring & friendly guy. We moved here in 1990 and he quickly became my father and mines regular spot for haircuts, he was the first barber to cut my hair, Id go with my dad just for the bucket of bubble gum and tootsie rolls. I remember Friday/Saturday nights my parents would go to Marinellis restaurantI, where Charlie and his wife would also go, I even remember his son Dave, and although bittersweet Im glad he is up there with his Son again. Rest easy Charlie, say hello to my father up there!

Dear Demora Family: Please accept my deepest sympathy for the family and friends of Charles. We will never get used to losing our loved ones in death because as Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, we were created with everlasting life in view. But may you find comfort in knowing that Almighty God has promised that soon he will swallow up death forever along with the pain that it brings. Charlie became a new friend to me and my young sons when we started coming to him for haircuts 10 years ago. We always looked forward to fun banter and catching up about our lives and families during our visits to his shop. He genuinely and graciously touched our lives. I know he was a kind generous compassionate soul who enjoyed life fully. We send our condolences to his family and loved ones.

I was saddened today to learn of the passing of Charlie. I was a long-time customer of his. I showed up this morning expecting his cheerful greeting only to find he was gone. Thank you for the years of friendship and great service. May you rest in peace my friend.

Let me tell you I was shocked when I read the sign on his barber shop door. I really did not know Charlie for long, I started getting my hair cut by Charlie and I loved his stories of Canton. I have only lived in Canton for a little over 2 years. Charlies was a good man and a great soul. My deepest sympathies go out to Charlie’s entire family and friends! He will be missed.

Irene and Family, Was so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. We are your neigherbors at 21 Mohawk Dr and wouldn't have been if not for Charlie. I took our son Colin for a haircut one day and in conversation told Charlie we were looking for a house in Canton. He said there was a house on the street that was going on the market shortly and he took my name and number and forwarded to the owners. Needless to say here we are 25 years later because of Charlie's help and kindness. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Charlie was a loved relative and friend. He was careing generous and loving. He was always there for Donald calling him and visiting him when he was ill. He will be greatly missed by us all.

Charlie was such a nice kind soul. I did not know him outside of the barber shop but I would get my haircut every two weeks. He would always ask me about my girlfriend and kids and always had a nice thing to say. He will be missed by us. May he rest in peace.

God will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.
