	You could not ask for a better neighbor than Rich Vogler. &nbsp;I lived next door to the Voglers for nine years. &nbsp;I can&#39;t hardly change a light bulb, and Rich could do it all. &nbsp;He helped me get wood, get rid of bats, fix this and that, and then he&#39;d invite me to have a beer with him. &nbsp;Plus, he loved my dog, Smiley, like it was his own. 			<description><![CDATA[I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Richard. I worked closely with him for over 20 years at the DOT Engineering  Dept. Our boss was Eare Monroe. We had many laughs and a few tears. He was always a gentleman, very kind and considerate of others. I don't remember ever being upset with him. I loved him for the person he was. So many little acts that he did for me that meant so much will be what I remember the most.
The many times he would walk Sam when I was at the house so I could sleep an extra hour. The way he always made sure there was coffee made because he knew how much I enjoyed it. And Italy, Thank you Richard for all your kindness in Italy. I will be forever grateful that I was able to spend that special time with you and Maryann and Kathy and the kids.
And the pink house in Seaside. What fun. Do they have mixed nuts in heaven?
There are so many happy memories, too many to list but not too many to remember. Thank you for that.
The world has lost one of the great ones. But heaven will be a better place because you're there.
Rest now my friend. You will be  missed.</p>]]></description>

Richard was a wonderful guy... He left all of us great memories which will always make us smile.   From his antics at the beach to his basement, tent city,  squirrel wars, and on and on.   I know he will be greatly missed but at least he is at peace.   I'm sure Maryann has already welcomed him and got him settle into Heaven.
