						I remember watching Jay fish an air conditioner out of the river on D-Dock that went overboard! He worked at it, and worked, until he finally got it out! He washed it off and gave it back to the guy. It was a young couple with 2 small children. They couldn&#39;t believe it when Jay gave it back to them...in working order! It was brand new and the guy left it on the back of his boat. When he took off, it fell in. They guy said &quot;Oh well, nothing I can do about it now&quot; and took off. Well Captain Jay knew exactly what to do. He was one of a kind, and a great guy. We will miss him terribly.</p>
