That is one way we know that it was never God's purpose that we experience this kind of sorrow. Be assured that God knows your pain and sorrow. He promises that soon, death will be a thing of the past...swallowed up forever.(Isaiah 25:8) HE also promises to heal broken hearts by restoring our precious loved ones to life again by means of resurrection.(John 5:28,29) Hold that hope in your hearts and draw close to the God of all comfort, knowing that HE cares for you.

			<title>Story shared: Remembering Pat</title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>
	Pat Vincent was a friend, a student, and a fine athlete in basketball and baseball when I taught and coached in Canton.&nbsp; He always did his best and would greet you with a smile and a firm handshake.</p>
<p>
	Pat and Coach Harry Garrity were good friends.&nbsp; Pat and Larry Durkin would talk to me about sports, especially the Boston Red Sox.&nbsp; He was a real student of the game and always brought insight to any conversations about game strategies.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	In my fifty years in Education, I found Pat Vincent to be a fine gentleman who was a privilege to know.&nbsp; He loved to share his life adventures with me and tell me how Larry was doing in Massachusetts.</p>
<p>
	Goodbye good friend.&nbsp; I am sure you will be playing baseball and hitting fourth in the doubleheader in Heaven today.</p>
